Holes on the pcb is best. Sometimes if the terminals are of the rising clamp type they don't make good contact to the top screw unless done up. I have been caught out with this before. Awesome thanks Al, So one multimeter pin in the ground and the other in the +, check for 36v ish , then switch the + pin over to the - and check for the same ? Cheers |

Yep, that's it, make sure the meter is on Volts DC.

I am sure you known that, but someone might find and use ths post as a reference.

Testing went well. It measures 37.3 across the board and without a load. This will obviously drop when I connect the amp boards .  |

Yeah nearly there fellas . Just wondering wether there is any particular order for the PSU outputs going into the amps and Guardians or will any +,- or GND slot do ?? I’ve got the amp modules wired up like this so far , does this look ok ? I will use the remaining empty connectors to wire to the guardian .  |

Any slot will do.
I powered the amps from one slot, and the Guardians from a different one.

Thanks I guess I can just run two wire out of the green PSU blocks up to the guardians and put a little jumper between them instead of 4 long wires ? |

Awesome , thanks again bud . If I can find some cheap RCA sockets today then I may even get her up and running tonight. I had my good ones sent to Oliver for him to make me a spotfire cable for the input so will likely be a couple of weeks away yet . |

Sorry Karl.
It's been a bit of a bad timing here.
Spent most of the last 10 days being poked and prodded by Drs to try and find out why the left side of my abdomen swole up to balloon sizes, left hip and leg became painful and my left knee was on fire.
Oh, not forgetting the big worry, my left bollock burning too, Had slight delerulium at one point, Banging head ache and a high temp.
Prostate exams, Testicular exams, physical exams, blood taken today, stool and pee yesterday and an xray on Monday suggest they are quite concerned.....as am I to be honest.
Now taking monster anti-biotics as a precaution and we all know you get the shits with these types.
Can't wait.
Feeling a bit more lively today but as you all probably noticed, my output here is a bit low, and may be so for a little bit.
Anyway, the cable for you build isn't here yet! If I am able, I'll put it together ASAP.
Get some cheap stuff and get it up and running for now.

I went and bought some cheap RCAs in the hope I could have a listen but I cannot for the life in me get the input wires on to them as space is tight and the wires won’t stay still to solder them on, so there will be no listening tonight . |
