Here we are in full swing again.. No sooner had I sold my populated PCB, I get a request from a friend to populate one for him too. Then another request from another fella lol Cant say no, theybare good forum guys I've spoken to for years. I'm gonna be busy!

Been measuring caps and resistors for an hour and pairing them up. Nabbed the megger from Ebay the other day. £40 and it's a damn sight better than my little chinese one, that has just give up the ghost. A great bit of kit.

Looks good. Would the 7805 heatsink be better the other way round? Think it would look better even if function is no different.

I don't think there would be enough clearance from R1P pads? Ah you beat me to it. Haha, ye, when I looked closely, it would fold that resistor As Simon said, it's on the correct side and heat dissipation will be better. Job done

Quick questions, would it be ok to use the tx from the mk1 which is rated at 2*9v rather than the 9.5v for this? with .5v difference would this make a material difference at all? Was hoping that I wouldn't need a new one as everything else seems the same.
