No, a lazy salesman is to blame 😂, I actually think they're waiting on something arriving that the guy trading the turntable in is waiting for and they don't want to make 2 trips to him, but that's just a guess on my part. I might be wrong, but really there's no excuse, just go get it and bring it to me. |

I have a 3 year battle with a very big domestic repair company [ domestic and general www.domesticandgeneral.com/. ]Spent ages on phone with a lovely lady today but she couldnt sort it . recently they sold me a non existant policy that Vaillant couldnt even recognise so i had to buy another . Basically they CANNOT understand that the appliance you want to insure is not always your correspondance address . So everytime i take out a policy they change all the details to that address . very frustrating . if you write a complaint they will send the reply to the wrong address !! |

Had an e-mail from a company the other day, the long boilerplate signature contained the warning 'Please note: We cannot be contacted by telephone.' Like they're proud of it. Then when they go broke they will blame Thatcher. Or Brexit. They probably won't go broke though since it's increasingly becoming the norm. Race to the bottom, the customer gets to 'choose' between several equally rubbish companies. |

Found out the estimate for repairs on my wife's Jaguar after the RTC she was involved in came to £12,500, no wonder it was written off!
