will you share your tips? I fancy having a punt. I know it's steeplechase but any help can't hurt. I never like giving tips but here goes: Longhouse Poet Burrows Saint Escaria Ten Just reloaded bet365 app on my phone and discovered there was still 18 odd quid in the account. So perfect for three £3 each way bets on those. Thank you !

I though Longhouse Poet was going to at least place but it just had nothing left there right at the end. Oh well.

A friend some time ago did an accumulator - £82k winnings - jammy sod - I hate him. He studies form as his prime hobby. I've yet to find out how he did today.

You should get some place money Macca with Longhouse Poet, the one which disappointed me was Escaria Ten who was going so well until the final fence and seemed to weaken, he was the one that I read was a certain stayer.

Just checked and they are paying out to sixth. Good job you mentioned it and that I hadn't ripped up the slip yet.

Excellent work Jamie, wish I could do my own but as you know I wont, cant be asked with the pulling the tt up /apart, and then having to re-align cart again etc etc.
An important job, so well done from me too

More like what did yesterday, went to see the nurse at the doctor's surgery regarding my hearing and if I needed them cleaned, well apparently I have lovely clean ears Luckily the lady who does the hearing test was free and she checked my hearing and said it appears ok, but would give the results to the nurse who would phone me back later. The nurse did call, told me I could have a problem with higher frequencies but would get me an appointment with a hearing specialist, although she did comment, "I don't know what they can do", but we shall see. I can tell you my tinnitus has been worse over the last few weeks, although I've no ideal how that can be improved upon.

Tinnitus is affected by stress, so maybe all the worry about the ears and being conscious of them needing a service may be contributing?

We have to maintain/synchronise 3 calendars. Her online one, the kitchen wall one and my online one. Frigging nightmare. Her online one of course takes full precedence. It was so easy when we both worked full time.

Had a lovely walk in shaldon botanical gardens overlooking teignmouth . What a fab place . Then quick ferry to teignmouth which was so foggy you could not see the end of the short pier.

Get back to work Phil I turn 66 in 3 weeks and start getting my Govt pension so you've got to keep paying taxes. Never been to Teignmouth, pleased you enjoyed the Botanical Gardens and hope the rest of the day was as good.
