Hey Dave, Yeah, I wont lie, really like all I've read about the Audionet Watt, build quality, everything.
In particular its presentation, from what I'm reading sounds like all the things I love about my Plinny. (That Humboldt your brother owns, sounds killer, but I dont need all that, not that I can afford one)
I'm hoping to nab an Hautonga towards the end of the year, as it is effectively the improved/revised current version of my 9200, so i kind of know what to expect but a bit more/improved.
I already told myself if I somehow wasnt quite as impressed as I'd expect, I wouldnt write of the idea of trying an Audionet Watt.

hifinutt I'd be paying for a dac and far too many inputs with that Rotel. I like the looks though.

I've heard your model (9200) but never a Hautonga, seriously believe that they're not in the same class as Audionet. I do understand that 6k isn't cheap, there might be something more affordable when you come to upgrading. Still worthwhile giving the Plinius a listen since you've been happy with that, it did dethrone your beloved Sansui.

Still worthwhile giving the Plinius a listen since you've been happy with that, it did dethrone your beloved Sansui. At £13k rrp, against £3800 at time of review for the 9200, a good number of years back, so lets say £4.5k+ in now money and around £6k approx, the current Hautonga, I'd expect the Audionet to be a class up. I thoroughly enjoy the 9200, as you know, hence the itch to try its improved, revised guise the Hautonga. That said, I really like all I've read about the AudioNet Watt to the point of tempted and wanting to hear one - yes it does look and sound (from all I've read), like a serious bit of kit - who knows how things will pan out in the long run

Well spotted Phil, nice amp and I've never noticed before it even has a headphone socket at the rear.

Since I was looking at isolation devices, just got an email from AliE with a price drop. For anyone wanting to try something cheaper than Townshend or IsoAcoustics these might be worth a go. Someone on another forum posted he was very happy with them.
For some reason my link is not working again on this forum but you can search Cera Base Isolation, cost is £86.12 for 8.
