The tweeter is an Isophon KK10, the mid is an EMI unit, doped, like IMF did with theirs and the bass driver is also an EMI item by the look of it, which has also been partly doped. Should sound decent enough. They might just about be worth the asking price and they are rare, but I'd not pay more. hey, they are my old ones, save your money folks, ditton 44's are better.also when i sold them they both had the original bass drivers so can have been thrashed!

It was an entirely competent little amp but maybe not the best measuring at the time. As with all UK made amps in the 70's, electrolytics will need replacing now. Tightly regulated cap coupled power outputs at minimum 30WPC and for the time, limited facilities and difficulty into awkward loads, could limit appeal, but I remember being rather fond of it at KJ forty years ago.. I have a 'Choice test here in front of me. it wouldn't surprise me if the amp circuit is similar to the amp pack some broadcast BC1's came with...

The orange tweeters are probably worth a third of that on their own.. I never heard the H2's in a 'normal' room, but at Jimmy H's split level abode, they really did sound excellent and a few years ago, he still had the carcasses at least, facing towards the back wall either deliberately, or in storage...
(He never had quite as much 'stuff' twenty five years ago)

I really wish I’d had your experiences with JMH. His exploits with DNM, Krell and Impulse were the biggest influence on me in hifi terms.

I wish somebody would, bloody buy them. I’m getting really tempted.

Far too big for this tiny room. I have to say I'd love to hear them again. Perfect with delicate and not powerful DMN amplification.

I’m gonna let them pass. I’m simply too happy to dabble right now and the distance means I would pay hundreds to get them here, A total bargain for someone though.

One owner wasn't too impressed. He gave his away to a charity shop.

You won't find a better sounding DAC for the money! A bargain!! If I hadn't already got an M22B and M22C I'd snap it up.

Good sounding too, although the M22 with the piggy back DAC sounds better still

Bargain! They are closely related to the Supex MC's and early Goldring MC's and they are very rare now. I had the OS-60L and still own the OS-100T SUT, which is the best sounding SUT I've used (and that's plenty).

Nicely made unit that. I have seen a similar pot made by EIZZ but couldn't be sure from that picture. Seen that casework In the flesh as well, think a phonostage was built into it. Nice unit and RFC has a good rep.

The case looks familiar for some reason. Not sure why it has dedicated phono inputs marked, as it's all passive line level. Looks well put together.
