What are you eating and/or drinking?

F#ck all, no meat no eggs, no fish, no carbs, no crap. Doesn’t leave much except fruit, veg and dairy.......and I don’t do much in the way of dairy.

I've never eaten either KFC or a Big Mac but (confession time) I did eat dog biscuits when I was a nipper and there were no proper biscuits in the house. I had a wet nose and a glossy coat for several days.

half day tomorrow though..most of me company are on a piss up in denmark tomorrow..all paid by the bosses..i dont drink so cba..only 3 of us working tomorrow out of 52 and a half men

Been pretty sickly for the last couple of days. I’m so used to high protein and near zero carbs, the veggie diet has done me in. I’m staying veggie but going to stick with almost total protein diet. Harder to do as a veggie but not impossible. I have wheat and Gluten allergies as well as reactive hypoglycaemia. I can’t just eat normal stuff and be ok.

just had almost an entrie loaf of crusty bread for breaky..as toast..was delicous
