 proper triple fried chips put them in cold oil..heat for about 5 minutes then remove them..let the oil get up to full temp in again for about 2 minutes out then let the oil get to max...in for the last frying |

Having a marrow soured cream and bacon with dill tonight. Sounds bland but the dill and soured cream together lifts it up. Crispy bacon and fresh crusty bread to go with it. I hate marrow on it's own but this recipe is delish.
