I'm trying to keep my carbs down. So far I've had 75%!dark chocolate and chicken breast, not together though. Had a Tunnocks Caramel wafer but it left an aftertaste..I'll,be sticking to non processed foods for a while  |

I LOVE curry and also Chilli! My wife is a real,lightweight and can't take hot food, so I don't get as much as I'd like.

Never tried root beer in my life. I've actually never seen it for sale and don't really know what to expect. I guess I will come across it sometime soon though  |

Might go out for something spicy tonight, I'm in the UK since dropping off the Orbe at a mate's. My flight back isn't until Saturday. plenty great places to get food but I'm still dieting,
I really enjoy McDonalds but I'm not eating bread right now.

Not ashamed at all admitting this. I still have a soft spot for the Big Mac. The sauce tastes soooooo good. It's prefect! Whoever invented that sauce is a fecking genius.

Can't argue with that. I like pretty mich everything on the menu at McDonalds. Even the coffee is decent.

Can't beat a good ole doner kebab. Right now, I'm drinking a bottle of bundaberg root beer. S. I leave for Cyprus again tomorrow. If I see root beer on my way, I will grab one. I thought I'd be decadent and have a can of cider after my kebab and milkshake. I didn't finish it. I'm just not a drinker. Give me a smoothie, a juice or a strong coffee any day. I started today with 4 espressos for breakfast, topped off with 2 glasses of fresh orange juice. That's more "me" |

How many hours via fight from UK to Cyprus? S. Usually gets to about 5 hours. I hate the flights but can't wait to get back there. Britain just appears to decline every time I see it. I think it's more noticeable when you're away. Public behaviour just seems in terminal decline and bad manners appear to be becoming the norm. I really feel like a foreigner here in my home town. The buildings and landscapes are familiar but the people are aliens to me. |

A giant lump of Ginger cake with lots of custard. Before that I had liver and onions with creamy mash, peas and carrots plus mint sauce.

Nice Steak I cooked with Chips and Mushrooms and Onion, yummy. I always like a fried egg or two with steak, but that does not mean cutting down on the mushrooms and onions. |

We had a Morrisons Steak pie last night, delicious and for me tastier than M&S. Tonight for me is a Morrisons Steak in Ale with Cheesy Mash meal, to which I will boil a carrot or two.

I miss steak pies terribly, but they are one of the things that make me gain weight like lightning. I tend not to eat any of the following:
Bread, Pastry of any kind, Rice, Potatoes, Pasta, noodles, cous-cous, porridge, most cereals. All of them give me hypos too, so I'm better off sticking to more proteins and veg, I guess.
