Chicken & Rice tonight. S. Any particular sauce? It's my mothers home made recipe. So I don't really know. I just eat it! S.

Had a day out and ate stuff I haven’t touched in years. A toasted sandwich made with some really heavy local bread and a load of chips. Also a local variation on a sausage roll. Plus a couple of beers. The food portion was well big enough to have seen off your average American. I should have walked away one third through it.
Man it’s made me sick. I don’t really do carbs in any form. Having so many and feeling so ill reminds me why. Last time I felt this sick was mixing beer and spirits age 18. It’s eased off slightly but I still feel like crap,

I'm no cook, but last night fried up a steak and onions, egg and chips - delicious.

I’m a sloooow starter. I may occasionally have a nibble just before noon, but usually my first bit of food is around 4pm. I struggle to even manage a coffe before brunch.

never have it except on chips
ffs i'm strict vegan ..you lot telling me what to eat and then go and eat kebabs...
sausages burgers and other prosessed meats are the third biggest cause of cancer..after drinking and smoking..i do none of those...rarely eat chips tbh..for starters the fat fryer is in the shed and for 6 months i cant get in there coz of the snow.

Guessing that was directed at me, fair enough, I eat homemade Kebabs which are slightly different and a lot healthier. In terms of Cancer, they don't actually know for sure what triggers it, if they did they could have come up with a cure by now.
The only reason I mentioned the bit about the chips and salt was because you mentioned about above Heart Attacks were caused someone sitting around all day and stuffing their face. Interestingly, there are now studies that I believe will come out as reality, that it doesn't matter what you eat. You are either prone to Heart Attacks or your not via your DNA. They believe it is gene changes that affect whether your arteries become clogged or not, not the food or fuel you put into your body. It will revolutionise the way that Heart Failure and Heart Disease is researched and ultimately treated.

I've worked with blokes who haven't had a spare ounce of fat, eat leaves and seeds and still get heart disease. Other blokes look like they are about to hatch twins, never stop snacking and never touch fresh food. No problems with them. Life isn't fair and the hand you are dealt isn't always fair.
