Just been to Ocean Basket in Coral Bay and had my usual. Pan cooked Cajun Cod served with roasted Mediterranean vegetables. Ocean Basket are a South African franchise who serve the fish in the pan in which it was cooked. Novel and very tasty as well as saving on dishes!

My favourite meal! I like lashings of Chilli sauce but my wife likes garlic sauce better. We usually end up having both. We used to have one each but these days we don't have such big appetites and we need to watch the calories.

Had a quarter pounder with cheese, followed by two bowls of granola. Been a tiring and stressful day so a bit of comfort eating sorted it.

Just a cheeseburger and large fries. Been putting membrane, paving slabs and gravel down for my sister. Enjoyable but it made me hungry.

Tuna steak for me. When it gets really hot, only proteins, salads and fruits will do. I never like stodgy stuf anyway but it’s worse in extreme heat.
