Looks nice Roy, do like coli and broccoli, although prefer a nice Lincolnshire sausage. They were Asda extra special chipolatas, very tasty & very little fat content. |

A rather 'busy' looking salmon salad today. I had a variety of salad veg to use up, so why not? Salads will be my mainstay now that I’m in all day and have time to prepare food. Living out of hotels for the last 8 months has meant eating all manner of shite. |

Been on a Diet since around January. Lost around 5 Stone. Tonight i had my first naughty nosh. A special Kebab with Salad & Mayo from my local Greek Take-away. The size of Birmingham city Centre but it was luverly.. Ill never touch Booze again tho.
