Just back from what can only be discribed of voyage of the partial damned, more when I have recovered chaps.
Show was excellent very positive feedback from vistors and Peers.
Need to just put system back into place (lol) will catch up during the week

Got a squatter situation right now , getting very nasty indeed sadly with solicitors and all sorts . could do without all the hassle really . not even my house !!!!

From what I can gather, under current English regs, scumbag squatters have more rights than the legal owner of the property. It can take thousands of pounds to get the shitheads out, with them paying nothing towards the court costs.

yes . i looked after a guy who was vulnerable and i was legally responsible . this person moved into the persons house and is now REALLY kicking off and things are escalating very fast . very very sad situation, i could do without it really .

thanks robbie . yes its escalating fast sadly and going to be painful . being threatened with criminal damage , harassment , safeguarding etc etc . they are really digging a hole for themselves sadly but could do without the hassle . happy days . thankfully lots of support from friends etc

Our daughter is expecting (our first grandchild) in fact we are awaiting the results of the 20 week scan today and find out is the baby is a he or she. Exciting times. Congratulations

There are 3 grandsons, in date order Osiris, Indigo and Cygnus. Had a fabulous afternoon going to an escape room at EscapeLive in Constitutional Hill, Birmingham. Based loosly on Peaky Blinders with a police raid. Wasn't sure how I was going to take it, there were four of us, including my son's girlfriend. Only Indigo had ever done an escape room before. It was really superb, a lot of numerical and physical puzzles to solve, all within 1 hour. We finished with 9:37 remaining having only received one clue. Photos added:
