First time ive ever come off my mtb, in 32 years, at least uncontrollably, I've stepped off the back a few times. I come off my road bike all the time...lol. At least it wasnt serious. Bike can always be fixed.

Losing the rear on wet roots has had me a few times. Last time, during winter, I just sat there trying to gather myself and my mate is saying "Come on Scotty get up, you're sat in a pool of water" but I couldn't I just had to wait for the pain in my hip to subside a bit

I have a Marin Pine Mountain with Pace RC35 shocks that I bought from J E James, when I was a student in Sheffield. I then added a Mount Vision to the collection, before getting myself a nice Carbon road bike (Orbea Onyx) for commuting the 20km into work.

If you bought rc35s from jej then you were a student here the same time I was, they only stocked them for a couple of years before freespirit took over the dealership.
In which case if you ever saw a silver rc200 with rc 35k, TNT hubs, xtr, gravity research, mavic ceramics, rc sub 130 and gravity research and graftons out on the trails that was me.

Rear panel of a powerful amplifier? Are there fins on the other side between the transistors?

Last clue. Don't want to be accused of hogging anyone's thread. Front is chewed up pretty badly. Thought of getting a new one made, but decided to reverse it and polish it and attach a brass name plate, which I think will look OK. A genuine new one would cost £165!
