4 bed chalet bungalow up at £675k, not a bad price based on others we’ve looked at. Our 2nd viewing, other half wanted to measure up to see if we could extend the side to add a utility room. so no mortgage i gather? at 60 the banks wont loan you money will they? |

Overcast here in Cornwall so it's not all that hot, but it's as humid as hell. Just lugged out my heavy duty shredder into the front garden, connected up the electrics and it has started to rain FFS. Sweat is dripping of me now  |

Stop moaning. My house reached 26 degrees the other day when it was 42 degrees outside. It meant I was not comfortable upstairs unless I popped the aircon on. |

12 degrees and raining when i woke. nice nights sleep though..gonna be nice all week after this afternoon..was dark at 4 this morning.
winter is coming in i can feel it.
summer is over here by mid september...so 6 weeks to go..then it's batton down the hatches untill april..even more boring living here in winter ffs. gonna book a week in spain for january soon. something to look forward to and breaks up the boredom a bit

the wife ok with your watch buying Roy me awd mucker It's odd, she doesn't mind if I buy a prestige piece but gets a bit fed up with me buying the 'cheapies' & favouring those over my Rolex etc. Got her a Tag Heuer Carrera a couple of years back but she's been angling for a Rolex, if she's a good girl up to xmas we'll see what Santa Claus will bring her |
