I used solid Silver when I rewired my Mission 774. I was far less experienced then and hadnt realised that with it being a solid silver wire, it may cause resistance when travelling across the LP First time I used it, I put the stylus over the LP and it sprung back about 1" towards the arm rest. I didnt click straight away and played a few tracks. As it go to the inner groove, distortion overtook the sound. I only realised when I put on my spare arm tube, that i had also rewired with KAB Superflex for a Silver Vs Copper comparison, and it dawned on me. I've never used solid silver for an arm wire since. Not saying you will have the same issue here, as BW sounds confident of a top job and for the price, it wont be the end of the world if it doesn't work out. Just saying that the Mission 774 and your Hadcock are quite similar in how the work and I felt it was a pertinent experience to share Yes. You have to be mindful of mechanical resistance with what you intend to use for tonearm wiring. You cannot just bung-in anything and expect the arm will track as it should.

I was not aware of that at the time and just bought solid silver 'tonearm wire' from Ebay. What a mistake lol

That's very generous and I may well take you up on that. Sorry. I did mean it would only cost postage - and the cost of wire, whatever that might be. Something else I wasn't clear about. Of course that would be overly generous.

Yes I’ve looked on Hifi collective and like the look of both the AN and the Cardas.

Gutting. Ebay to the rescue? Yes another 30 piece set only 6.99 though. My other said 'well if you would put things back where they belong you wouldn't lose them' so I took the long thin one and poked her in the eye with it.

I've just bought a Planar 2 the original P2 model not the new one in great condition, boxed and with a new belt for £75 no tonearm of course and so if I'm not happy with the Hadcock on the Technics it will go on the P2. I believe it was a good match back in the day as I've seen a few examples pop up on line so after a rewire I could possibly end up with a great little deck to go with my Breeze Audio TPA3116, JBL Control1 system just one input on the little chip amp though and I'll need two I wonder is it possible to put a Tisbury in front or even get someone like BTE to build a little passive 2 in 1 out unit still using the volume on the chip amp.

I was thinking if I did go for the Hadcock P2 combination I could use the Technics armboard cut for the Hadcock that I have. It's very thin stainless steel and could be bolted to the P2.

I sent the Hadcock to @brucewayne who very kindly offered to rewire it for me I decided to go for a 99% pure silver litz, 30 AWG, 5N wire. I already have the tone arm board so I'll fit it as soon as it gets back. The bloke I bought the 1210 from actually tried a Hadcock on it and said it worked very well indeed but he eventually went for an Audiomods I think.

Bravo sir! I think you will probably be very happy with the arm. It's got good feedback over the years.
