hard working man ant u should try it sometime I was self employed for over 20yrs, out in all weathers, and I was never late for work once in 35 yrs of working. I've done me bit Rudi. Just do part time now on a zero hours contract, so work the days I want.

Well I've always assumed it was a zero hours contract since I just call in and tell them what days I want to work the following week. If I don't want to work for any reason I don't have to.

Dieting yet again. I gain weight so easily it’s mad. I never let it get out of hand though. As soon as I feel clothes get any tighter, Im on it.

Good cos that is the biggest mistake people make. They put on weight & automatically go out & buy a bigger size instead of the penny dropping realising they need to knock it on the head & loose some. I used to have big weakness. Junk Food, Larger & Bread. Do not do any of that now. I have a very Active hard working job that has me wet thru by the end of the shift hence no need for excersizing or workouts.. Gone from 17.5 Stone to 14.6 Stone since New Years eve just buy eating small healthy meals & using my job as the workout.. The only issue i have is now ive lost weight, my Tits & gut are flabby skin so really need to be doing some kind of Abdomen & Chest excersize to get rid of that. Should be looking like Rambo before you know it

It is healthy normal small meals, Just cutting out all the things that made me put weight on in the first place, The weight loss is what it is, ive not forced it.. Because at the end of the day the healthy every day meals is what you have to keep on doing. Diets fail because they just do because they aint a way of life.. Been doing my Chest & Abs excersizes over the last two day, i know its only two days but i can feel a difference. When the Missus says you looking more like a Greek god every day you know your doing something right

Did my weekly Weigh in at Boots yesterday. Another three pound loss. One week to go & i will have reached my Goal of 14 Stone. However i am considering loosing a bit more cos i have bought a load of size 30" waist trousers & there are just a tiny bit tight even though i can get in em ok.. See how it goes after next weeks loss..

Exactly 6' Ive got weighed every week since i started in the new Year. Was 17.5 Stone.
All started with a Leg injury at work 15 months ago, a year down the line i could hardly walk. Doctor was telling me something different every time i went complaining. In the end i came to the conclusion my doctor was nothing but a text book merchant. I Put it down to my excessive weight. Within loosing just a Stone the limping basically went over night.
