Picked up a Novo Headphone Amp. I've had one before and regretted selling it.
Most people will find the looks basic. Through my eyes, I like the rather 'unpretentious' style. Plus I have respect for the company. My next plan is to get their ULDE Headphone Amp.

The difference with the ULDE is less hiss between the music, but a lot of people say the UL sounds better.
I have a Novo, Solo UL and Solo ULDE here, and the ULDE sounds good, but I am very happy with my Solo UL.
There is also an upgrade board available some of the headphone amps.
