For me it was the 80s. It got me hooked and it was a real golden age in terms of iconic products.
It was Linn and Naims golden era, it saw the Xerxes, Pink, Voyd and gyro arrive, it was the decade that gave us CD. Shows like three Heathrow Prnta show we’re real big deals. It also produced the best hifi mags.
If it wasn’t for the hifi mags, dealers and makers of the 80s I wouldn’t be into hifi today.
