Something else I am passionate about lol.
There aren’t many I don’t like, but I’m really taken with Cadbury’s Marvellous Creations bars. Always loved anything with Dime in it too. I’ve probably eaten more Mars Bars than any other choccy bar though.
Give a shout out to your faves here...

They taste amazing!

Looks lovely. I’ve had Bellarom dark choc many times and my wife likes the white. I’ll try your suggestion though.

Used to love Mars Bars when I was a kid growing up in the 90's. Nowadays I don't give a flying F#ck which Chocolate Bar I'm eating. Do still have a little soft spot for a Snickers.

Going back many years, but I used to love Milk Tray bars, Old Jamaica, Ice Breaker and Fry’s Five Centres.

Going back many years, but I used to love Milk Tray bars, Old Jamaica, Ice Breaker and Fry’s Five Centres. The original Picnic bars were awesome before they messed up the recipe, shame too that Nux bars disappeared because there too were great.
Not long after Galaxy appeared on the scene they made it with hazlenuts and that version was truly addictive. Great shame they never made them again.

This is the good stuff Really? Never been keen on the whole Belgian Chocolate stuff. Much prefer the lintdt or Milka way. Galaxy is probably my go to chocolate these days although I find it hard to turn down a double decker!

I do like a bit of dark chocolate, especially the 70% cocoa stuff. Occasionally I have the 85% stuff. Yesterday I found some 92% cocoa chocolate but it’s just too much.

Not a big chocolate eater, if I get the urge the go to would be either Cadbury's Caramel bars or Cadbury's Hero's. Will have to give this Lidl's chocolate a try sometime.

Lidls sell Ritter chocolate which is good.
I like milk chocolate with high cocoa content which is none of the British ones. Although if I'm slumming it I go for Galaxy.

Orange Smarties. Now they sell them alone, there’s no need for the others to exist. Natural selection rules!

nestles though. Always avoid nestles unless it's Drifter. Nestles taking over Rowntree was a dark day for British chocolate.

That's being going on for decades. I remember seeing World In Action's first documentary about it back in the 70s. UK nurses used to boycott their products one time. Don't know if they still do.
They've been dumming down classic UK confectionery since taking over Rowntree McIntosh. Bastards. The Walnut Whip bears little resemblance to what it was. The "Quality" in Quality Street went when they took out all the special ones like the cracknel in the red wrapper and lime barrel. The strawberry creme is just a fondant now as is the orange and lemon cream. It's just pap now. Black Magic used to be a decent box box of chocolates once. It's anything but, now. God knows what else that I haven't tried. I can't think of any product they have introduced that has any genuine merit.

Quality Street are the worst chocolates ever. They weren't great before Nestle took over. One place I worked that was the MD's 'Xmas gift' to the staff each year. A 2 quid box of Sh#t chocolate for an office of 40 people. The cheap twat.

On days like this, I used to nip over to Iceland (the shop) and get a couple of boxes of ices and hand them out in the office. No other bugger did.

Didn't say they were great. But they were better then than they are now. At least there was some genuine variety.
There's worse. Heroes & Celebrations.
Pure Pap.

I'd rather have Heroes or Celebration than Quality Street. In fact I'd rather have scabies than Quality Street.

Also they must surely be an offence under the Trade Descriptions Act?
