Does it make any difference?
Here’s my situation. I’m using Bi wirable Spica TC 60s with flat bi-wire links.
I can do one of 3 things.
1. Leave as they are. I’m happy and the cables are tidy.
2. Get another few metres of the same cable I use for speaker cable and run a separate set to the tweeter.
3. The cable I have uses two lengths of cable per conductor twisted together. I could triple it instead of doubling. Still single wire but a thicker diameter cable, essentially. I got good results when doubling it.
I know I could replace the flat links with cable ones. I’ve tried this before and found it a waste of time and messy too.
Has anyone found any benefit in bi-wiring? It seems to have few supporters these days. Bi amping with Spicas was always worthwhile. Just not sure if some of those benefits could be had with separate cable runs.

Waste of time, well to my ears anyway. But as always, your mileage may vary.

Tried it a couple of times using good cables in a good system. Wasn't impressed, as I heard no benefit.

Bi-amping good, Bi-wiring Bad (unless you sell speaker wire....)

Bi-amping good, Bi-wiring Bad (unless you sell speaker wire....) I figured as much. I’m probably going to stick with the wiring I have, I might get a small boost for little money by increasing the cable thickness to three twists but I’m not lacking anything and I’d rather just spend the time listening.
