Even if he did pay for it it's small change to him. I'm surprised he's still driving at his age though. Bet he's been told he should stop and said no. |

I see Phil has been spotted driving the new motor without wearing a seatbelt. Police state he has been given "suitable words of advice". How nice for him. Everybody else caught gets nicked. They should have busted the old duffer!
