It’s great! I had one before but it gave me headaches because I could detect a flicker. This one is rock steady and makes all the difference,
I still suffer from SAD in Cyprus as the days still get a lot shorter. Naturally it’s much worse innthe UK. This light is so nice, I never want to turn it off. In fact, I’ve renamed it my “happy light”.
