3K cd player........any recommendations ?

Oh, just thought.....you were thinking of a Line Magnetic amp. Their players are well liked. Art K loved his.

Seconded on the Lector. Heard one a few times at shows and always sounded sublime.

Best I’ve had at home was a Teac P30 transport into a Mytek dac.

Well it would give you the option lol.

If that was built to the same standard today it probably would be 3k. Utterly gorgeous thing and worth owning just for the pleasure of looking at and using.

Thanks lads, ive been burned before buying vintage (Sony 777Es) gorgeous sounding machine......
A month later the remote packed in, the lights started winking oot one at a time, drawer would open with button but had to push it shut, and finally it started skipping discs.

I did derive some pleasure with a hammer in the end though, that'll fukin teach it....!!!!!
