Looking grand. I’ve been just been looking at the website, Nicevto see another Northumberland lad doing well. I wasn’t aware that there were dual concentric drivers out there beyond Tannoy and Kef.

Yes I’ll probably run them that way, nice to have the option though. A nice touch Colin does is recess magnets into the birch ply before veneering, so nothing visible on the front of the speaker cabinet.

Rare for me to like a speaker with grilles on but I agree. They are very pretty.

Yeah the drivers aren’t the prettiest. Sound bloody good though.

I can't really tell what the drivers look like, the lighting is not good in those shots. However, they are the same shape as seventies Philips drivers!  |

It’s odd but they don’t look 10” from the pics. That’s the thing about seeing kit in the flesh. It’s so much more informative. I remember seeing SME 20 and 30 for the first time.They look big in pics but were quite compact in the flesh.
The drivers look well made. I can see them being popular with DIYers. A 10” driver sounds much fuller than an 8”.
