Story time... again Once upon a time, No, that was wrong... My partner and I were sat doing sweet FA, as we normally do in a morning (we are both retired), her on 1 of her tablets playing some game and me web surfing. We hear a kerfuffle at the door and Jill went and opened it, it was only my dealer from Analogue Seduction. He (Martin) said he had sent me an e mail saying he was coming with the demo unit of the Innuos Zen MK 3 with some cables to go with it, that I had asked about a couple of day previous. The e mail for some reason had gone to my old and now inaccessible Hotmail a/c. so never saw it. I was just going for a quick shave and shower, while he set it up and "plumbed" it in. I sat in my usual seat, while he explained he had only enough time to "rip" a couple of CD's (Love Over Gold and the Jazz Singer), knowing I had them. the ensuing sound was of a surprise, LOG had a deeper bass that seemed more coherent, a wider soundstage, just an overall better sound. I ripped a couple of CD's, one that I new would not be found on the internet data bases Innuos use, and a common well known disc. They both sounded superb, way better than played on My PC. I was sold I said to order a 2 TB black version, and I would also buy the cables he had bought with him ( Innuos Zen Mk3 Music Server, Finish: Black, Version: 2 TB SSD Melco C1AE Audio Ethernet Cable,Cardas Clear USB A to B Audiophile Cable, IsoTek Evo3 Initium Power Cable)
So finally done it, next?, prob a new Dac), but just got my Xmas and B/Day presents to myself

I didn’t get his email either. Wonder if he will pop round later! Congratulations on getting this kit though. Never heard any negative feedback about it. Well done.

It's the same for me; I have never heard negative things about Innuos. I think the cables should be good too. I used to have a Melco ethernet cable and it was very good. Cardas and Iso Tek are both well known brands. I hope the Innuos brings you many years of enjoyment.
