Always interested in this sort of thing, so, my regime is pretty simple and nearly always gives really good results.
I heat the water to 20oC
I introduce ultrasonic cleaner and mix by starting the US cleaner and leaving for a few minutes, this readies the mixture.
I like to clean the records for a total of 20 minutes, 10 minutes at 28kHz and ten minutes at 10kHz.
The record is then gently shaken dry to remove excess solution.
The record is then vacuum dried and returned back to its sleeve.
OK, so not probably the best ever regime but it's proven to be very very good at cleaning up old MONO records. I dare say that multiple cleaning could yield better results but I generally only do this once for each record.
