In a nutshell, Jake records organs part time, and uses Vivid Audio speakers, mainly the Gaia "Spirits". he only records in high quality DSD, and uses a large extending mast with 3 Sennheiser mics on top and 2 further back for surround use. The video shows his YouTube clip playing back a snippet of a recording, using Vivids top speakers as monitors. The quote from the FB post says... "Wayne Marshall OBE video on youtube 'Transports de joie' played back on the huge Vivid Audio Moya M1 loudspeaker, straight from Youtube. The phone camera can't reach the subsonics, which make your body shake, but it does, on headphones, give an idea of the scale of the sound. Awesome. Moya is the flagship creation of my friend Laurence DIckie who kindly allowed me to do my mixing work on them." www.base2music.store/?fbclid=IwAR1cMVXM6T_SmImiLLu9JyR-kSQ8Uj22d5fAi7ckj08Ko7ZibnwQxm6fgec#!/~/orderConfirmation/orderId=105248871

Hopefully much better than G1's lol I did hear them at Munich not bad very odd size & shape but pretty ugly in a marmite way IMHO for the outlay 400k they are more involving choices out there. Dickie is a nice chap though

Tony, I love the funky shape of Vivid speakers, and hope to hear some when I visit my mate in Worthing

I used to sell them Pete, I have a couple of pairs through P/X's a pair of the G1's, the under rated K1's, very linear & polished sound, my gripe was the poor build quality and the amount of driver repairs that were needed. Still a bit safe, but a quality sound none the less.
