Just in this week a Belcanto Dac 3.7 This digital to analogue converter been fully refurbished (inclluding the VBS internal power supply) and upgraded to better than new standards and specifications a couple of years ago for a long term client. I have this week further improved this unit with a couple more upgrades. Unit is fully tested and will come with a six month warranty.
DAC 3.7 full VBS section has recieved a fully (over 1/2 a farad of capacitance) re cap and upgraded, and recap and performance increase on the dac section
This dac also has Black Ravioli isolation big pads fitted as well (£280).
In total around 90 components replaced and upgraded will come with a Coherent warranty This will not only delivery superb performance but will provide sterling service for many years to come. The Dac3.7 also sports an A2D (analogue to digital converter) as well so can accept analogue inputs as well
These are really decent dac's and don't appear on the market very often especially in this high performance versions, imho the best dac Belcanto made in the e.One chassis musical and engaging, detailed yet linear with great decay and texture.
New cost was £5200 with the matching VBL1 supply new before any overhaul and upgrades etc.

We also have a freshly fully rebuilt VBS which I can change the front faceplate to match the Dac 3.7 would accpt £2500 for the pair.
