As some of you now know I did the deal with John and swapped my Lector 603 for his Audiolab 9000CDT.
For me to see how great this can be in my system I need a better cable than I am using. In fact, any cable would be better than the £ shop optical that is on there atm 🤣. To be fair though, I am hearing some great sounds with it in place.
So, what am I looking for? Has anyone got tucked away, or in plain sight, a coaxial 75 ohm cable that would do at least a great job between the 9000 (RCA) and the Mutec (BNC). Thought I would see what might be on here before looking wider. I’m happy with just a plug or a cable so I can put it together myself. As always looking for great sounding kit rather than named products.
Looking forward to hearing what’s out there.

As you saw when we did the swap, I have a Chord Shawline BNC > BNC + a pair of BNC > RCA adapters going spare. Also have a Chord Epic RCA Coax + an RCA > BNC adapter.

Pete, build yourself a Sterling Silver one like mine...these others are mince meat in comparison 😉

Or I have a spare Clearer Audio Copper-line Alpha with Canare RCA on both ends. 1M and could send for £40.

It's hard to a resist a DIY!
