I’ve decided to have a change of system so up for sale is my vintage pioneer system. The 8100 is in perfect working order since coming back from Alan (Firebottle) The first repair he did was sort out the amp going into protection mode. The second repair was a static noise coming from the right speaker. While he had the amp I asked if he would replace the power cord. He fitted LAT International AC2. It’s a very stiff quality cable. Much better than the 50 odd years old cord. The TX8100 is also in A1 working condition and sounds very very nice. The CT-F7171 cassette deck needs a little work to get it running perfectly. It’s a bit above my skill to be honest and I wouldn’t know where to start but it sounds a little quiet to me when playing a cassette. I did fit a new set of belts a couple of years ago as all the old ones were perished. The cases are in not to bad condition to be honest. I’m not saying there perfect mind but considering there from around 1972 there very good. I’d prefer to sell all together and collection only due to me having no boxes. I’ll say £600 all in collected from Yate, Bristol. IMG_2433 by Nuff, on Flickr IMG_2434 by Nuff, on Flickr IMG_2436 by Nuff, on Flickr IMG_2435 by Nuff, on Flickr
