Must be old age. I've not really felt well for about a month, my right knee has been sore for nearly as long and I've had a dull headache for four days. My knee gave out badly last night and I nearly fell flat getting out of the car. Hobbling slowly about the house at the moment and feeling generally crappy. Not like me at all, I'm usually pretty agile and fit. Bollocks to it!

Might just give a break in routine and let your body and mind reset itself. It’s worked for me before. |

Yeah. I could do with a break. Can't do it at the moment though. I've nobody to house-sit right now and there's no way I'm leaving the home unattended. If I did, I'd probably find a dozen east europeans living in it when I came back.
