I am watching a Star Trek film, Nemesis. Used to watch it ages ago, however a question remains.
How far in the future is it supposed to be? It strikes me as unbeleivable that they would still be using hand held, hand aimed weapons.
Surely with all the technological advances some sort of force or automatic targeted weapon would be on the cards, so no missed shots?
I know in Westerns there are lots of missed shots, after all handguns were not that accurate, but Star Trek weapons? No.
(Always had the hots for Deanna Troi as well)
