Inspired by Oli and his quest for CD playback I've gone into the attic and dug out my old Marantz CD player.
Marantz CD52 MkII
I've owned this one since they came out in 1992, still seems to work ok, it glitched for a few seconds mid way through a track, but ok now, perhaps the CD is faulty, I've only hooked it up to see what CD is all about again.
Clear, dynamic, sounds good actually.
I've added a couple of photos of the other bits and pieces I'm using now.
Yip, I'm stuck in the dark ages 😂
