A short time ago I mentioned I was using a newish pair of AF XLR cables. Now I know there has been a fair bit of "controversy" about some of Andrews mains cable, but thats for another discussion, am talking about XLR ONLY. As is often done in our great and vast hobby, I feel its nearly time to upgrade from the ones I have between my PS Dac/pre and PS M700 mono amps, and would like your recommendations please... budget say ,£350 - £450

Put some proper copper ones on them and they shine big time. |

I was using Magami with neutrik plugs, have change to Chord Shawline and they were a serious upgrade in SQ, so much so I've changed the rest of my IC Loom to Shawline, and they've proved to be just as good in RCA guise.

I use ELECAUDIO SC-221OCC Symmetrical modulation cable OCC PTFE with pure copper plugs.
Sounds good, but I have never compare to the SAEC stuff.
