and although they seem very good quality I think the design is at fault. They are difficult to insert in the socket and when you do manage it the 'spring' just flattens out and the connector is still quite loose, they are not the only manufacturer using this design, Viborg also make a similar one. I ordered 2 x 4 packets for my speaker cables due to the amplifier not having enough space around them for spades, but have only changed the cable at the amplifier end and am hoping my new speakers will be suitable for spades so I don't have to change. Just looking again at the connectors I purchased, they get good reviews which seems strange, have I done something wrong?
