I've just got a package ready to ship on Zenmarket via FEDEX and I'm suddenly presented with an extra £20+ fee for "goods and services tax".  I mean, if they can't wave or reduce the amount I'll probably still pay it but it's going to make me think twice about getting any more . . . actually no it isn't, it's just really annoying. |

Yes, it's a prepay the customs option. It can be unticked if you look at the options. |

Please excuse my stupidity . . . (although a slight change of procedure seems to have thrown me . . . ).
It now seems you have to choose the option to 'pay' (the higher amount with customs charges included) before you can reduce this by ticking the box to do so.
I can't seem to remember having to choose the pay option to do this before but I could simply be mis-remembering!
Anyway, as we were.

My last purchase attracted £70+ in taxes and fees from Fedex, but previous one attracted nothing, so agree with Oliver, it may be missed
