Said to be the most critical one to get right ... which phono-tonearm cable are you using and why One of the main aims with this I'm sure, would be to hopefully avoid anything that brings any hash, sibilance, noise into the replay. What have you gone for ? silver, copper, a mix / hybrid - would you confidently say the music through it sounds right ? Very interested in thoughts, experience, and reckies out of that

Silver all the way for me. But yet I relay everything down 2meters of copper speaker cable! Works for me.

my next arm cable will be PoC triple c Have you tried triple C in your system ? Well... I have a power cable that ai bought off a certain member.. that made a surprising difference! I have PC triple C interconnects that I am making up. I have used the original SAEC interconnect with the brass RCAs briefly, that made a great improvement between BB3 and Pre. Mainly in soundstage, micro dynamics and sound floor. Adding great copper RCAs took them to the next level. After all these excellent experiences I have just received, today, some PC triple c speaker cable that I will make up over the weekend and also fit between my XO and drivers. SO I guess I am a convert. It is not cheap stuff, but I have been really impressed everywhere I have used it. A visit to Angus has only reinforced what I thought. The outcome of the visit was the decision to buy an SP10 with the amazing PHAT 1010 Mk8, which will be having some slender threads of magic in the arm. My days of Naim and Linn are long gone!!

Neotech OCC coax, as due to the nature of the signal, it needs to be fully shielded to avoid noise.
A balanced cable with the shield left open at one end acts as an antenna (enlarging shield), whose open end is roughly the diameter of the length, so in an environment where there is WiFi and DECT phones etc. there is a risk of interference on the signal.
That was the theory I read anyway.

Origin Live Silver Hybrid 2 with Graham Nalty GN-4 RCAs, as that's what came fitted to my 12" Enterprise Mk4.
