Always liked the Beatles (never worshiped any group or artist) so looking forward to the film too.

I like some of what the Beatles did but my worship is confined to Steely Dan (and to a lesser extent Hendrix and Zeppelin).
I don't think there are any Beatles documentaries or films I haven't seen so will certainly watch this new one as it looks fascinating. Don't have a Disney subscription though so will have to wait until it comes on 'normal' TV.

The Disney thing is a bit of a puzzle.
Already paying out for Prime and now Apple +, so might have to hang on as well.

Disney know loads of people will subscribe to their channel just to see it I suppose. Seems to be how these subscription channels work.

Don’t know if it’s just me and my system (well.. as it is today anyway!), but just listening to Let it Be (the track) something isn’t right. The lead guitar seems awful loud.. and other instruments whilst nicely separated seem out of kilter on volume as well.
I’ve got the vinyl in order too, so a good comparison at any rate.

The bass seemed Few dB higher for the iPod generation, as Is the case on the others. Guitar was a little "out of nowhere" but only got to the first bit of the solo and had to turn it off to take the dogs. I'll have a proper listen tomorrow. |
