Hi Chaps, my apologies for late reply, been golfing for 5 days in the middle of nowhere . . . bliss. Yes I have these ones: www.aliexpress.com/item/4000993616933.html?spm=a2g0s.9042311.0.0.27424c4dtt4ODoSo the story goes, I bought one pair to use between my DAC and preamp. I was very impressed, so impressed in fact that I bought two more pairs, one to go between my pre and power-amp and one as a spare before they go up in price! As they were on their way I thought I should try my current pair between the pre and power amp, unfortunately with them in place there is a low level hum not present using the RCA connection from pre to power amp. So I actually have a couple of spare pairs (although I'll probably keep at least one pair anyway, in case I figure out what the issue was between pre and power amp). It's difficult to quantify the improvement using specifics but it was just a better sound, more body, more texture. Cheers |

I always find it difficult to translate what I am hearing into words, easy to say "it just sounds better", at least I'll know what you mean  |
