Hi Everyone, New member here. Inspired to join recently following a chat with Oliver. Brief history: I’ve built shed loads of Lenco builds for family and friends, most of which were an excuse to get into the workshop and have fun. I’m an active member on Lencoheaven who I wholeheartedly love and have made some great friends there. No longer into hi fi projects so to speak, as I prefer to spend my time in my new found hobby – sculpting. Moved from Lenco’s to an SP10 mk2 following a meet with Phonomac Angus. A PMAT mk6 and Cadenza Bronze naturally followed! The three are a match made in heaven! I’m lucky in that he is a good friend of mine for a few years now, and I have an open invite to visit anytime I wish I believe in putting some savings in hi fi instead of the bank, so you can enjoy the £ and cash it in if ever needed. I’ve just needed to cash mine in unfortunately (as £ needed elsewhere) so the SP10 mk2 / PMAT mk6 and Cadenza Bronze have all just been sold (before you ask). Funnily enough one of the Lenco’s / PMAT AT1005 mk2 that I build has just arrived back here for caretaking whilst a friend is emigrating. What goes around comes around! I have use of it (which suits my current budget really well). This is such a hugely underrated arm (IMHO) and works amazingly well with the AT-OC9 mk2. There is a custom phonostage being build at the moment (you’ll hear about that in a bit ) I've always been interested in trying to get the 'best' vinyl system I can. Hence the above journey. Now though I’m equally interested in just enjoying more music, and figure I’ll enjoy more music if I listen to more music! Hence I’ve just entered into the world of streamer with an integrated streamer / dac / amp. Maybe more on that later… Speakers are ES14’s which for the £ I think are incredible and I’m a huge fan of (in a small – med sized room). Many thanks and look forward to being a member here. Off to contribute to some other posts ….

Hi Keith, welcome on board. Nice work ! I've always liked limestone, had a few lovely bits, I bought in Greenwich, when I lived on my own, pre-wife n kids. It's a shame you had to sell the SP10 and tonearm but indeed, sometimes priorities change and we have to do what we have to do. Hope you have a good time here and get stuck in
