Hi guys,
I'm experiencing some confusion regarding the identity of the renowned Cornell Dubilier 940C bypass capacitor.
I've easily found quite a lot of Cornell Dubilier "940C30S1KF CAP, 0.01µF, 3 KV, 10%, PP" types but I am unsure as to if they are the same thing.
Seems the ones called simply "940C" are a little more expensive and rare or are they exactly the same thing?
Would like to try some in my preamp on the coupling caps so other suggestions more then welcome of course. Something good with 0.01uF value sounds about right.
Cheers
