I can't remember where I got it from, but it's got extremely small holes, but fits In a funnel....like a coffee filter. I know Tim provides some but as with everything I went a little extreme.

I’ll be interested to see what you use. I am thinking about fitting a pump/filter combo so I don’t have to empty the tank.

All of you who have liked my post, have I 'gotcha' It was Bigman I was after , (a private joke), although the mesh does look pretty fine, I'm sure it is not suitable for straining used cleaning fluid.

Before and After pictures This was a record my nextdoor neighbour gave me to rescue. After cleaning in the Velvet Vortex it palyed without any noise.

I’m thinking of getting one of these as the process is just so time consuming and mundane with my vacuum RCM, so being able to do 3 at a time really appeals.
Quick question for anyone who uses one - the clamps don’t appear to cover the whole label, therefore is there a tendency for fluid to run down across the label, either whilst it’s running, or after stopping and removing the record?
I remember from using a basic Spin Clean before that I was constantly trying (and normally failing) to keep the fluid off the labels.

No problem with label wetting. The slow speed of rotation (2/3 rpm) plus the combination of gravity and the wetting agent means any excess continually drains downwards and is virtually non-existent by the time that portion of the record is at 11 O'clock.

Hi Dt79 the labels never get wet as Lurch says the combination of slow rotation speed, correct mix of fluid, vibration of the ultrasonic wave and gravity all contribute to stop fluids getting on to the label. I’ve run it for 8 hours with same record going round with no ultrasonics switched on and not a drop got on to the label.
