Cheap power amplifier - but how do I get my hands on one.

I saw these on AliExpress and thought how gorgeous they are, but would be out of my price range.  Just supposing you have a budget of £150, is it possible to get a decent power amp if you cannot build one for yourself. This does not mean, you can't get someone to build for you, but labour costs would have to be taken into account. Please feel free to throw in your own suggestions. My guess would be a case would cost £50 so am I way under with my £150 budget. Are there any reliable 2nd hand power amps on the market that go for £150?
