Yes but the Dac is still working inside the case. What is needed is to disable the supply to the Dac section of the chip or whatever to reduce any possible noise.

I've bought CoctailAudio N15D and I'm pleased. I'm listening to blues and rock from 60 and 70, and I have a subscription to the Tidal Masters. I'd like some advice on how to make the audio output sound better. 192Khz or Passtrough? Thank you in advance.
