 MORNING been non stop for nearly 4 hours...all jobs done..clear blue skies and no wind..beans on toast on the varanda now then pop into uppsala do some shopping..marie needs a new phone...told her to wait for the new iphone 11 or samsung note 10. |

Beans on toast - I bet it's windy now.  I've just cleaned the bathroom and tidied the kitchen up a bit. Toast and marmalade with a 2nd cup of coffee will keep me going until we go out for lunch, did I mention it's going to be a Carvery. |

glorious weather thank fek..do a little gardening i think..although it's pristine i'm sure i can find something to do..
2 weeks left of me hols now..then back to the grind..january only 9 years till retirement..then we'll have a small gaff in spain.

marie does all that and has food always prepared when she is doing lots of shifts.
the fridge is full with food boxes she made yesterday..only take away she eats is pizza..only when she's off and with about 5 liters of wine lol
no kfc here in sweden macca..she's 90% veggie now anyways..she's heading the vegan way in time i rekon

Seriously. I used to work in KFC when I was a student, ate skiploads of the stuff because it was free. Never got bored with it. Then I got a job at a place with a KFC just up the road. KFC for dinner every day. Put on half a stone in the first two weeks. And I never put on weight. Always been a skinny little thing even when I was in training and eating 5000 calories a day. Only Kentucky puts weight on me.

bathroom waxed
i woke and saw about 10 birds bathing in the ponds waterfall..bringing in tons of wildlife it is...full of water beetles and other little creatures..butterflies everywhere aswell.
amazing something i built with me own ands can create all this going on

right,i got up 3 hours before i went to sleep,washed the bathroom,t-cut and then waxed the lot,i got a lovely shine from the bog but then needed a Sh#t so i had to do it again! curse my ocd. i dont have a pond but i do see a lot of birds,mostly walking back still pissed from the night before!
