house is worth over 400k now..ofc prices will drop when rates go back to normal.
we have put so much blood sweat and tears into this place it will never be sold..if we dont keep it then our son will have it..as it's all paid off it must stay within our family..
i built most of this myself..
the entire garden, shed and garage i built..all the paving stones i built

They ripped my rose tree out when they laid my new forecourt. I forgot to tell them to leave it. It flowered very impressively some years, I had passers-by stopping to admire it.

Mine came with the house but it was pink flowers which I'm not that keen on. If I remembered to prune it back in the winter it came out like a house on fire in the summer. Mostly I forgot though.

that shed cost 4 grand to build..built to house standards so could make it into a guest house if we wanted to..15m2 and got the gardening stuff in there....all bult with me bare hands..entire garden was all done by meself.
marie worships the ground i walk on for doing all this for us..she is forever thanking me for all the hard graft i've done over the years.
proper man is ole phucker..even working most of next week on me hols for a nice lump of cash.giving marie 1000 quid of it to buy a samsung note 10

He wants to move but the house isn't worth what he paid for it so he was moaning about it. He asked me if I rented or had a mortgage so I said no mate, I own it, all paid off. Should have seen his face. He's basically working two weeks of every month just to cover the interest on the debt. It is a pretty fancy house but I wouldn't swap with him for all the tea in China. |

 found this..6 grand delivered. double glazed aswell..will set a concrete base as be nicer with ceramic tiles got a few bushes planted..  will be planting lots all round the pond in spring..gonna make a little bridge just for cosmetic looks. pond will take 3 years to make it how we want it. conservatory will be on the back of the house over looking the pond. will put a set of speakers amp and cd player out there |

 we got the second fastest net package there is ..500 mbps download and 100 upload. tbh u need a good pooter with lots of ram and ssd to use it though.we got 19 pooters here and hdd is no good..when they die we'll be getting ssd ones. ssd is fekin awesomely reliable good for gaming though. |
