Bigman is the reason i found the forum...
I came to the conclusion about cables after having had DNM speaker cables - trying Nordost Heimdeil 2's that cost over £2k - being mesmerized by the etched sound at first - then finding them hard and annoying - breathing a sigh of relief when i re-installed my DNM's.
I like my Nordost Tyr tonearm cable, that was worht getting - superb.
My LAvardin Interconnect is very good - that said I recently needed a cable and didn't want to pay silly money and bought a Verter D-fi and that was much better than my LAvardin - go figure £180 vs £600...
Vertere (formally Roksan) may have been onto something with tinned copper cables... given all the Dueland threads of late about vintage cables
I got to shows and hear A vs B comparisons and hear the oohs and aahhs of the crowd who are not advised aout speaker cable capacitance, load and how such designs are amp specific.
I decided to give Bigman a tinkle because I am not closed minded and am willing to give it a whirl

Welcome loheswaran, would have thought you needed a mansion for all that kit, not a loft room.

Welcome and looks like you are spoilt for choice with all that gear. I too have tried a lot of cables and some very very expensive stuff. Oliver's SPOTFIRE cables are worth a try. They were the missing link in my system!

Hi Loheswaran, nice selection of kit there.
Another big recommendation for Oli's Spotfire cables, I have a majority of Spotfire cables throughout the system. The rest are still OCC cables, forget OFC and any flavour of silver or silver plating, be interesting to hear your feedback once you install some.

Good question. Whatever was fitted by Goldring Lenco when it was made.
