0.1% 25ppm for the input stage? Forgot to ask, why 25ppm?

Best parts for the job, immune to temp shift in the only location where a few mohms makes a difference.

You can drill that centre hole out to 6mm while they're out.
I went through a set of transistors today for a build for a US customer. Bought 5 days after the previous batch which 80% of were +/- 10hfe.
This last batch, 3% in the same value range. I've measured and binned off over 600 parts to get the 20 or so I needed to go with the leftovers from the last lot.
Kinell...

I'm thinking of using EI Transformers. Whats say you?

There were some parts to be omitted from Sylvans PCBs, can you remember what they were?

On the mainboards? It's the transistor, diode and resistor group between the capacitor rail and the current mirrors for the input stage.

I have no opinion on transformer types, I've never tried multiple types of the same values in the circuit. Just pick what's important, regulation, efficiency, low intertwinding capacitance, stray field, mechanical hum, size and price and buy accordingly.

A bit more in the PCB. 4 Diodes per board. Transformers are here tomorrow, but i forgot the fixing kits!

Fix those caddocks to the case, saves on four heatsinks.
Did you use qspeeds?
