Guys I'm repairing a mates SME 3012 and he wants a male 5 PIN DIN conversion instead of the SME adapter. Can you please check on the picture I've attached to make sure I'm wiring this correctly. As usual we have 5 wires coming from the tonearm, black (earth), red, blue, green, white.
Thanks

I've checked it and I can say with some authority and without fear of contradiction that those hands have never done a day's work in their bleeding lives. 🙄

All I got was an elbow in the jaw ! 😟 She says if I want the trademans entrance stuff I've got to go down the ....... ....... Am I on the wrong track here ? 😟

Connect plug to lead, switch amp on. Loud buzz right = Red. Loud buzz left = White. Low tick noise right = Green. Low tick noise left = Blue. Arm earth left.
Perhaps I should have added, touch pins.
